    At Stylotica, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here are some important details about our shipping procedure:

    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    Delivery time: Depending on your location, delivery takes on average between 5 and 10 working days for European countries.
    Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on all orders!

    Return policy

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item in accordance with the following guidelines:

    Return period

    Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    Product Condition: Returned item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.


    Return procedure:

    Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at info@stylotica.com to submit a return request.
    Upon approval, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.
    Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    Exceptions

    Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products and hygiene items such as underwear, jewelry and cosmetics. Please contact us for any specific questions regarding non-returnable items.
